Ipod Touch/Iphone Screen Protectors?

I always use protection (sorry sex ed teacher lol) I get my screen protectors and cases off ebay

First thing I bought for mine was a screen protector. I always figure if you scratch it you get another one for a couple of quid. Scratch the original, you are screwed. Same goes for a case, I have a nice wee leather flip case, makes it a bit bigger n heavier but I can slso stick it in a pocket with keys n change and suchlike.
