Didn't really know where to post this!

When ever I connect my camera to my MacBook iPhoto automatically starts up. Anyone know where I can turn this off?

Lightroom does this to me whenever I connect any usb device... so I would be interested to find out the answer.

Someone showed me how to stop it in Lightroom, I think it is Edit>Preferences>Import - then untick "Show import dialog box when a memory card is detected"

I think that was it anyway :|

Just had a bit of a google and came up with this:
iPhoto is controlled by Image Capture (in your applications or utilities folder). Open Image Capture, then open preferences to set what happens when a camera is connected. If you find iPhoto too slow, Image Capture may be quicker for you. Otherwise you can set it to do nothing, or open some other application.

Thanks Jimmy, don't know why I couldn't find that on google!!!!!!
