Iphoto : Anyone using it with Nikon Raw files?

About to buy a macbook pro which comes with Iphoto etc. I am told it has no conflicts with nikon RAW files etc?

All i want to do is basic editing a file sharing.

Just how simple is it and how do you find its filing system?

My Macbook certainly works without any problems.

As for the filing system, it's probably better than I make use of...sadly my organisation of my images is somewhat lacking!

I notice iphoto does not have a "Watermark" option as standard ? Rather than having to use another software to do this etc is there a "Plug in" watermark that runs alongside Iphoto?
