iPhone backup

So, I got myself a new iPhone a couple of weeks ago and I’ve got everything on it from my old iPhone.
I backed up the old one right before setting up my new phone.
Now, I want to put my old phone back to factory settings as I’ll be selling it on. Do I need to back it up again?
I don’t think I do as I have everything on my new phone but just want to be sure. In clueless with technology.
The old phone hasn’t been backed up in two weeks. But, the new phone did an iCloud backup just today. Thanks.

Your new phone should have everything from your old phone if you used the back up when setting your new one up so you only need to reset your old phone

Don't forget to remove the old phone from your iCloud or the new user will have problems.
