iPhone arm band or something similar for gym

I'm not a small lad and i just can't find a arm band that allows me to have my phone on my arm , i do not use pockets as my shorts don't have them

is there a big version or something similar that i can use so i can listen to tunes while at the gym

Extend the armband with some velcro. Buy some adhesive velcro and stick a furry strip to the back of a loop strip.

I keep my phone on a lanyard round my neck. I do that to stop me dropping it from the shirt pocket it lives in but it would work for listening to tunes as well! I picked up a cheap arm pocket for my iPod which works very well (the arm pocket as well as the iPod!). IIRC, the pocket came from Lidl.

I have the dual pocket one and one pocket takes a Galaxy phone and the other holds my keys when I'm out running.

They are quite pricey but as with most things, knockoffs are available.

I use one of these if I'm going to be at it for more than two hours:

Anything less time-wise and I'll just hold the phone.

Then again my workouts are 99% running based, if you're doing weights and the like maybe the bottles and stuff might get in the way?

If you're doing weights everything gets in the way. I usually find people messing with music or phones get in the way in the gym anyway, too much time spent taking up equipment whilst faffing around, I'd ban them if it was my gym.
