Iphone 5 and new IOS update 7 something

anyone else having issues? Mine started to update this morning and it looks like it's stuck. Been sitting at the same position for about an hour and a half

never mind, hard reboot seems to have fixed it

Yeah soft reset sorts most things on iPhone
