Ipad case

I have an ipad 1and looking for a case. For the ipad 1 there is not much collection. However notice that for ipad 2 and above, there is lot of choice. I am wondering if the case meant for ipad 2 fit my ipad 1? I know that screen size is same but ipad 2 is slimmer than 1.

Anyone got an idea about this?

There are lots of iPad 1 cases listed on Amazon & Ebay, take your pick


(I've got a nice leather folio style case for mine)

Hmm.. I am looking for a hard case which allows me to use in diff angles. Preferabl light weight.

I bought one on amazon yesterday, dint really like it. I see the ones for ipad 2 are better.

My question is , does the ipad 2 case fit ipad 1 as well?

no if its a fitted case, the ipad1 is square edged and the ipad2 round edge.

if its just a sleeve/slip in affair then should be closer.
