Help! IP address banned ???

Hi.... If I try to view this site on my mobile phone and using my mobile data instead of wifi I get an error message on the site stating that my "IP address has been banned"

Has anyone got any ideas why ?
 
Are you going through a VPN? We get this regularly when van's use a server within a previously banned ip range.

No, I'm not using a VPN and as far as I'm aware nothing on my phone should have changed. I'm now wondering if my phone has contracted some kind of malware.

Your phone defaults to it..? Is that something it has just decided to do by itself or something you have set up ?
 
I have had this message and "blocked" when I was abroad - I just waited until I got back to the UK
