Intervalometer that doesn't squeak

Sounds silly but i have an involemeter 'URS 7000' - Chinese obviously as no brand name- and it squeaks every time i press a button or make a loud click. Was cheap i admit but was just starting out so budget was tight.

Can anyone recommend one that is of a better build quality and doesn't sound 'cheap and nasty'?

Has to be wired, (personal preference), as i have a wireless remote release.
Compatible with D7500. Cant get my head around Nikons on board set up, so much so its doing my head in .

I've had these for Canon, Sony & Olympus and all have been great value for money with no squeak evident.

You could try a bit of silicon lubricant spray around the buttons.
