hi,
i am about to start a new job that involves visiting premises in the same postcode, now as there are bundles of jobs ranging between 40-60 addresses, does anyone know if there is anything available on the internet that could carry out the route planning for you if you enter each full postcode........needs to be free of course..lol....thanks

Doubt if there is anything free. There are several systems in use. I think Royal Mail use a system called Walksort, but you'd need to buy a licence to get it (I think).

Other possibility is to use Google Maps or similar and enter the post codes to see how they lie on the map and from that decide a route.

I use MicroShaft Autoroute for that. It does cost but not much.

A to Z is the future. less than a tenner and your off. Better than a satnav, and you might get it on expenses.(i do)

you don't mention whether you are driving or on foot. Multimap is one I use frequently which has the option for walking. The other I use is www.theAA.com/route-planner

Both very much Free and I've had no issues

just use google map and add destinations to the list. not sure on how many you can add but if you cant add enough just split the run into sections.

but tbh if you are going to be doing it on a regular basis buy a cheap sat nav
