Hi all I've been going round and round in circles trying to find a cheap wireless trigger for my interfit ex150 mark II home studio kit.

I was going to be really tight and use the in built flash but that just caused light issues! so as this is a budget setup and photographers are a discerning lot... generally, I was hoping to find some other users in similar position who have actually found a solution. As a starting off point I've been looking at the ishoot pt-04 on amazon but what are other users... using?

Many thanks in advance

Pentax k-x user

i am using the wireless trigger that came with my interfit.

do you not want to use sync cables? i would but one of my flashheads' sync port is not working and i can never remember which one works...

If you haven't got a PC socket, a hot-shoe/PC adapter will fix you up with a lead. Jessops for a tenner.

Yongnuo RF-602 is the favourite budget trigger. They very good and reliable, but check compatability with Pentax. Thirty quid from Amazon.

And welcome to TP :)

I am using the pt-04 Ishoot's and they where brilliant for about 2 weeks then range is about half a meter. So I thought they are cheap and it might have just been them so I ordered more but the range on them is only about 5 meters and I get a lot of misfires so I'm now getting some cactus v4/v5.

i have a cactus as well but dont think it works with my interfit 150 so i have never tried. i only use it with my flashguns
