If you insure your photography gear how do you do it? What company do you use?

I hike with my kit and there's perhaps a fairly significant risk of damage. I've never insured my kit before but I'm buying new now and so should really protect it.

There is Eversure who advertise on the site - see the banner ad in Talk Equipment - or a thread in this forum Called Photographic Equipment Insurance.
I personally use Eversure but there are a number of companies in the space

I use eversure as well. had to make a claim a few yeares back and the service was fantastic, they kept me informed all the time during the repair from collection to return
