Instax printers

My wife is considering buying one of these for each of daughters. They only use phones for photos. The reviews are very good but the price per very small print seems high to me.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Slightly different but a similar idea are the Canon Selphy printers which may be worth a look. Better colours and lower cost per print.

My wife has the Canon Selphy
She takes phone photos while we are away in our campervan and writes a journal of our adventures.
The photos she prints are quite small but fit the journal perfectly.
They are also self adhesive.
I think you can get a bigger version than ours that print 6x4 but ours is perfect for what we need it for.

Thanks all. I have a Canon Selphy, the larger one. I find it very good although I don’t use it often.

The Instax is a small lightweight portable printer which my daughters are more likely to use.The prints are small and as far as I can tell always have a border.

The QX20 is quite cute and very portable though obviously does not have the Instax appeal.
