I was just about to buy a Fuji Instax SQ6, RRP £125 - when i found out they've fazed it out over the simplified SQ1 and now price for SQ6 are stupid if available.

So do I go SQ1 do people have better suggestions? thanks

Is it for quality, or for fun?
Will it be getting pints on it, or will it be looked after?
Is your budget around the £100 mark?
Are you sold on Square?

I have a Polaroid OneStep+ which is fun, although the quality is very subjective.

it will be looked after, budget can be higher, I always like quality :)

I can consider alt to square i like it as something different, uniform, perhaps for aproject.

although cost per print is still a factor..

IIRC you also like pretty, and the Instax's have a face only a mother could love...

IMO I'd really want to try the lens on the SX-70. Cheap though, it 'aint - both for film and/or camera.

aha! the daddy of insta cameras? now we're talking :)

I might give the INSTAX WIDE 300 (or Lomography Lomo'Instant Wide) a whirl, price per shot is a little less eye watering
