Just thought i would update this, we are nearly there 
had an email from the solicitor yesterday saying the personell representative has agreed my sister 
with not being my father's child gets nothing and he has sent him the paperwork to sign for a new split of the money.
For any one who thinks ime being mean my sister had a strong dislike for my father and left home at a young age to live with her grandmother.
