Hi there i have saved about 100 photos on photoshohop at 240 dpi. Can i change them to 300dpi would this change quality of image thanks
 
It will not change the quality of the final image, only the size of the file. I would leave them alone and only change a image that you want printed when you resize it to your desired print size and set it to 300dpi.
 
DPI is only relevant when selecting print resolution. If you select an image that is 3600x2400 pixels to be printed at 6"x4" the output will be 600dpi (assuming your printer is capable of printing that, and ignoring the difference between dpi and ppi). The embedded figure of 240 dpi, 300 dpi or whatever will be ignored and is irrelevant.
