I am unsure if I could do the same in the circumstance - and definitely would not like to be tested in this way that's a fact.

There's some people who just inspire you to try that little bit harder to be a decent human being This lady is one of them. Sounds a cliche I know but a few more people willing to forgive would make the world a whole lot better.

Its also infectious people who are the receiving end of forgiveness, even on a smaller scale are more likely to forgive as a result of their own experience.

Of course there are many who see this as a weakness, however it is imho a display of strength of the highest order. There is much to be gained from being a forgiving person.
