Hi, I am hoping this is a simple fix.
I have been away for a few days and took my Macbook, I put all my photos in the LR catalogue and exported them to my external HDD. There's seven folders for different days.
Onto my PC and I've copied the folder into my photos folder. Then in to LR and clicked 'Import from another catalogue', all files are checked and I've picked 'add new photos without moving'
And they all appear in LR, as missing photos! If I click on each photo to 'locate' it it tells me the file has a different name, all the imported photos have a space added at the front of the file name making them apparently missing!
This irks me, I haven't renamed them!
Now I can take my memory cards and just start again on the PC as I've deliberately not edited any of these on my Macbook, but I'd like to know where this space in the name is coming from! I am trying to streamline my workflow for when I am away and sitting and locating individually 279 photos bothers me!
Any help appreciated.
