Implications of moving from 32bit Photoshop to 64bit Photoshop

Ive just bought a new lappy that runs on 64bit windows 7. I have a load of PS CS4 actions and scripts on my old lappy which ran 32bit windows. Am I going to experience problems if I copy the 32bit actions to the 64bit PS CS4? Am i going to have to re-record them?

Most should run fine, it is usually plugins that may have problems with the 64 bit version. However when you install photoshop it should install bother the 32 and 64 bit versions, so if you have a problem with anything you can just fire up the 32 bit one.
