Image resizing help

Hello im wondering if anyone can help me this may seem like a stupid question but here goes... when creating a photobook with loxley dscl or whomever and you get a page with 2 3 4 or 6 smaller images on it but you do not know the size of those images how do you know what to resize to ? i use lightroom 3 also any help would be much appreciated :D
 
the loxley template resize the images to fit , i hope this helps you

hello steve where is the template im using a mac,are you referring to the page styles along the bottom of the page?

if ot is those page styles it doesnt seem to be resizing my images when i drag and drop them onto the page :(

just done it , igf you right click on an image on a page , just choose fit picture to box .

you may have to prep the images by cropping in photoshop or what ever you use to edit images first. or if you double click the image in loxley you can crop and frame you images as well.

just tried it steve works you do lose some of an image at times but i guess that the way it is thanks very much for your help :D
