iMac OS Upgrade

I run a couple of Mac's in the house, an old 14" MBP which is well past updating, my iMac and a relatively new M3 MBP. The iMac is just going through an OS upgrade to Ventura 13.7.2, however my M3 MBP is running Sonoma 14.5. Is the Sonoma only available for the later "M" chipped machines?

I'd like to keep the iMac as current as possible.

Your old iMac may not be “officially”supported but you may still be able to update.

Thanks Steve, my iMac is listed on there (it's older than I thought (iMac - Retina 4K, 21.5-inch, 2019) but I purchased it after I moved here which was 5 years ago..... So looks like I can update it.
