thats right, bored..

at work looking over code trying to make something work that i dont fully understand.

anyone else bored?
 
I'm bored.

Took the day off work to wait for my 10-20mm lens to be delivered. Can't go anywhere, do anything...

Oh well, at least I'm not at work!!
 
oh dear.. waiting for packages is never fun. Especially if you are impatient like me, and at the sound of a motor you press your face up against the window in some hope it will be the delivery man.

I hate coding..
 
what do you do?

im sat here doing nothing like every other day looking for a strange size spanner on the net for my brakes!

i expect this thread to be closed soon
 
Work for a hosting company.. trying to get a script to work but its not playing.. and the f-ing thing just broke for no apparent reason.

Yep – work in a data dept for a communications company setting up blackberries etc but its dead – need a new job really :bang:
 
well im being kept occupied for a change.

its the heat, everyone isnt fiddling with things and breaking them but enjoying the weather and being merry.. OH I hate them all :D
 
I came home at lunch as my leg was playing up - was going to work from home but the remore connection wasn't working so taken half day sick.

I hate trying to fix broken code as well. In my case it's usually cos I have a rogue comma or apostrophe in it!
 
I got it working :) and fixed an issue that the company had for years.

it was so annoying ***, suddenly it stopped working, no idea what the change I did caused the fault. Copied back the original backup and the copied the code from my previous file back in and it worked fine.. lost for words.

20 minutes to go.. oh yes.

Not good about the leg, nothing serious I hope.

well im bored today! bought a new phone for my gf off a guy in work and its bloody locked :bang:

waiting for him to get back from lunch for either a code or my money back:bat:
 
how can it be so boring. and the news is just full of doom and gloom so thats not helping with feeling like crap.
 
phone fixed - awaiting the OTHER phone ive bought now to have a play with the Wifi :lol:

i know but he gave me the code there and then so it was all good. done with playing with phone number 2 - packaged it up to sell already as i dont like it :|
