Yes
I currently have a Lowepro Mini Trekkar AW which tbh is a nice backpack, however it can be too big at times or a bit overkill in some respects. It houses a Nikon D100 with f2.8-4 24-85mm with hood and a Nikon D70 with a Sigma f2.8 70-200mm. In the bag a flashgun sits along with the hood for the Sigma and various other accessories such as spare batteries, aa batteries and so on :)

As the weather is heating up now (at last) I'd be more than likely transporting all my kit in the lowepro then when arriving at the event I'd put the d100 round my neck and I'd like some form of shoulder bag for the Nikon D70 with Sigma 70-200 fitted. Then when I needed to use that it would become a lot easier instead of taking the bag off my back and so on. Okay I don't mind doing this but if I see something "instant" I want to capture it can become a bit longwinded!

I could just carry the Nikon D70 round my shoulder but I'd prefer if it was protected in some way! :)

Have you any recommendations? on a bag which would suit my needs? Lowepro do the AW70? which looks a good bet. But thought I'd ask you first.

Thanks for your help

I have a TAMRAC Explorer 2 which I use for my 'everyday' bag. It comfortably fits my D70 with 70-300 lens attached, and storage room for another lens in there too. Lots of little pockets etc for mmemory cards, filters, etc...
Mine was around £34 from local independant retailer, but I'm sure you can get them cheaper than this if you shop around.

Excellent both nice one!

I will reasearch into these two but daveyuk that looks like a good bet :) I don't mind the Mini Trekker on my back but it can be a task if you want instant access to the camera so a shoulder bag would be ideal. Mind you minimeeze that tamrac one looks although its upto the job too! :( Might have to take a trip to camera store to see if they have any of these ones suggested in?

Thanks again!

Ed :)
