I'd also would have liked to have read that the person who reported him was at least spoken to. Mistaking an mp3 player for a gun is one thing but to say she saw him aim it!?! :cuckoo:

I feel for the guy and not just because of this incident. Now they have his dabs and DNA who knows what he'll get pinned on him.

When I was a mechanic I handled probably 10 cars a day, 6 days a week for 12 years. What is the likelyhood that none of those cars were ever ringers, stolen, used in a hit and run, abandoned at the scene of a crime.......etc. All would have been covered in my fingerprints and probably skin, blood and hair too.

Now if the numpties from SOCA can find the dabs of a known criminal with a firearms offence on his record, it will save them an awful lot of looking for drunken pimply faced joyriders. Quick result and home in time spend their bonus!

But it's great if some numpty is belting his tunes at full blast on the bus, annoying the hell out of you. Just call the police with some made up terror-related story and you have your revenge! Methinks somebody should be getting a nice long interview about their motives.

At least they didn't kill the guy this time.

Welcome to Police State Britain. That's what the law, that we have sleepwalkingly agreed to, says is to happen.

Lucky the guy didn't look Brazilian, or he might have had more to worry about than a criminal record.
