Would you by a dedicated video camcorder or somit like an 80D, assuming you were already in the Canon camp with lenses.

You would be using it for website and youtube videos and 4k is not needed

Action cams not to be considered in this question please including DJI Osmo ;)

Yes it's £1100 but they are doing a £100 trade in offer, or you pay £92 a month for a year.
If you can't stretch to the fz2000 then the fz1000 is well worth a look.
 
Personally, I'd got for a BMPCC which would come in under budget bought used. But that's because I've always fancied one. It really depends what you want to do, "website and youtube videos" is far too vague to be useful.

I'd love one of the black magic cameras.

Some of the videos I have watched out of them the quality is outstanding
