After signing up to this forum about a year ago, i thought i would finally say hello.:lol:

I bought my 400d last christmas to enter the world of DSLR's hoping i would get the bug for photography more than i had with my point and shoot.
Well, recently, i purchased a Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 EX DG MACRO to complement my kit lens and Nifty Fifty, so i'm guessing that bug has finally arrived.

Anyway enough babbling on... i've learnt a fair deal from the forum so far, and i'm sure i'm going to learn a great deal more from taking photos and from you guys as time goes on.

Happy new 'photography' year too everyone!:)

Right, i'm off to brave the cold and put the 24-70mm to some 'hopefully' good use, I will report back later with the findings.:wave:
