My wife has always had problems with her pastry making. After pursuading her to keep trying, and my C&C did not = telling her what to do :shake: She has hit the big time :clap::clap: In the last two days though I have had 32 mince pies put in front of me, two large quiche`s, have not eaten them all myself, and tomorrow she is on the trail of a Lemon Meringue Pie.
Somebody help me out :gag::gag:

I have a lemon drizzle cake in the oven, all that talk of baking made me do it :D

Endless food being forced infront of me sounds like heaven.
 
You are lucky.
I kept constructively describing my wife's cakes in order to help her improve.
I even made some myself to show her how it should be done.
That was 5 years ago and I am still making them :bonk:
