Hello

I bought one of these to use with a speedlight...

But, because I'm an idiot, I didn't realise it attaches to light stand rather than a tripod (I don't have a light stand).
Is there a thingamajig that I can bung on the bottom of the bracket so I can then use it on a tripod?

(Sorry, this is my first foray into this kind of lightingy stuff).

Yes but it depends on the size of your tripod screw thread, for example if it were 3/8 you'd want something like this: https://www.manfrotto.co.uk/special-adapter

I'm not saying that's the right adapter for your needs but something along those lines. Actually thinking about it, spend £5 extra and just buy a light stand instead!

Millions of those on Amazon/ebay. Edit: as Steven says.
