I need a copy of Microsoft Office 2010 for windows, 1 user 2 machines but struggling to find anywhere online that looks reputable to buy/download from. I understand it is now obsolete software but I'm running Vista on my laptop and 2013 isnt compatible.

I've no problem buying the software but where from?

I only need word and excel for basic spreadsheets and documents. Would possibly consider fully compatible alternatives?

Help please!

Have you thought about www.docs.com? You need an Internet connection, but covers your needs

Absolutely, "paying" what a quaint "last century" way of getting software!:D

I am 99% sure i still have Office 2010 in doors that im no longer using, as now using MAC.. Technically i cant sell any software i get, as its is supplied to me by my company ( IT support for a university) and it is on our discs to stop staff selling it. but it is a multi licence legal office 2010.

I will check when i get home and post back as i have pile of microsoft and adobe software and can never remember what i still have Discs of

If your considering reusing / giving away the work supplied copy that would be a breach of licence. As soon as it leaves the employee (or the employee leaves the company) the licence is void.

Oh right ok no worries. Just idea, and trying to help a fellow member. Mins you my place is a nightmare. Fellow member left last week and on his last day they gave him windows 8 and cs5 creative suite and office for mac and pc.
