Its too big kb's wise, its 241kb, needs to be 200 or under - HTH

the pic thats come up above, is bigger than the one i have in photobucket, which is 159x110 pixels, which is under the 200kb limit

Dont use pb so not sure, but maybe a case of they have preset sizes so that what you uploaded is what you see above, but pb is auto resizing on its pages to the new smaller size? :shrug:

In other words resize your pics to correct dimensions and file size before uploading to photobucket, instead of letting photobucket do it.
