I cant remember the plug in for glamour/dreamy effect

A while back there was a link on here for a plug in suite for photoshop... called "something"?? lab, it was great for applying a dreamy/glamour effect amongst many other features?

Really cant remember what this was called and where i can download again?

Yes it's good and no watermark. There's a standalone app and a plugin for PS/Elements/Gimp etc.
