Hi guys.
Can anybody help?

Cannot see a way of stopping the screen from sleeping.
I've found the setting that you can adjust the time period before it sleeps, but there's no option for disabling it permanently

Bloody annoying if not.
I know there's the option to prevent sleeping during charging...........

Andy as far as I am aware there is no way to disable it as standard.

However if you download an app called "toggle setting" or "keep screen" they should give you the ability to do what your require.

Cool. I'll look into that. Thanks allot

Standard options only go as far as making the timeout a maximum of 30 mins. As suggested, you'd need to find an app in the market to disable it fully.

I use Tasker to automate a lot of stuff on my phone, and that has the option in there. So, for example, if I've got it connected to my PC, I have the lock disabled so I don't need to swipe, and the timeout's off too.

Just downloaded an app called 'My Settings'.

Seems to have done the trick

Andy, you do realise that its going to eat battery juice like there was no tomorrow

yeah, like why would you not want it to sleep

you grinding speed in your tea or something..

it'd do my head in, like leaving the bog light on for no damn reason....

:D

Lol!!!

Sure does munch the old battery.
Nowhere near as good as the iphone. But I can live with it.
Don't know why I didn't change sooner. The desire eats the iPhone alive!!
