Well I don't know about you folks but I never know what to write or say in these kind of circumstances! Do you go for something witty? Something funny perhaps?

Hi. :)

I've been reading talkphotography for a while but finally figured I would start to post and attempt to contribute to the forums. I'm pretty new to photography but I can honestly say I've found it to be addictive and I am enjoying learning about all the various aspects.

I will admit I have a goal I'd like to acheive and that is to take a picture that I feel is perfect without the need for post processing. A long way off from where I am now but everyone wants to be good at something right?

I feel I've typed enough for now!
