How would you light this ?

I'm going to be taking some pics tommorow similar to this and wondered what would be the best way to light the subject. I have a 60cm soft box, 2 x 1m shoot through umbrellas, 3 speedlights, and a reflector. The pic below looks a little flat as I just fired a speedlight off the ceiling but would like to see if I could improve the shot by using better lighting.

Try firing the flash into the ceiling but power it down say half a stop from what exposure you have here then set the soft box up just to the left set to the perfect exposure your after the ceiling light will lift the ambient light and the soft box will be your main light.
