how to save page.?

hi guys i could really do with knowing how to save a page on the pc and then show it in a thread..

if anyone knows how to do this could you please let me know

as far as i know its something like print scrren key :shrug: dunno if thats right and where would the screen page get saved to...

hope this makes sense ..

yeh print screen then open your image software, hit new doc it should make a new file the same as the screenshot then CTRK V to paste it in

i am in cs2 i have changed a pic now i want to save the page showing everything on the screen.

i go into file but can not see save page as:shrug:

PowerPoint is your friend


Easy way to do it (assuming you're on a pc):

Hit Prnt Scrn

Open PowerPoint

press paste and your screen should now be pasted into Powerpoint.

right click on the item that was pasted and select "Save as picture"

You can then save as a jpg, upload to Flickr or whatever then display it on here.

from anywhere - print scrn will save the the entire screen to the clipboard - alt print scrn will save the active window

When you hit 'Print Screen' it just copies the image into memory or to clipboard if you prefer to think of it that way. Now open your editing programme.

In PSP it's up to 'Edit' on the top bar, then click 'Paste As New Image' from the drop down menu.

The image is then opened from the clipboard. Job's a good 'un.

cheers guys i am half way there ... as in i click prtscn "f12" and then click edit scroll down to paste ad i get half the screen come up in a box..:shrug: not sure why i dont get the whole screen i'l keep playing
