How to join pics

Hey guys what is a good program that's either free or cheap to join pics together? I took a lovely panoramic pics today and in raw but I need to join them together now. I used a tripod to try and keep the shots as steady and in line as possible. Any help would be great thanks

CS5/6 both do a great job. I've done several "Brenizer" shots with it.
