Hi,

try this free programme - Framefun, download link at the bottom of the page.

Mike.

Looks a pretty good download..........

Is there anyway of adding exif info to the frame??

Victor

Apologies for both bumping and hijacking this thread but I'm experiencing some odd Frame Fun problems and thread recycling seemed the right thing to do :)

I downloaded the prog as soon as the link appeared here and loved it from the word go. Things have gone a bit downhill though.

In respect of the above snapshot:

  • Where the thin black line is, I want a thick white one. Computer says no :( It insists on altering all the ratios and things.
  • For some reason the viewing frame went from being small to completely filling my screen (monitor?) which I just hate and cannot work with. It doesn't give me the option to go smaller, just minimise or close. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
  • Despite having actually written the ratios down (for border, frame and drop shadow) I can't reproduce even the effect on the above photograph this evening

Any clues?

As posted by fracster have a look at Preacher script.

After playing around with the basic script posted, I have come up with the one below, it's all done in the by a script in photoshop, Resize - border - title and exif text - logo. Still playing as I can't decide what I really want the border to look like.

Hi mark

Good stuff Like the info and credit. have you thought of rounding the pic off (to tie the border), on the corners with black (or what ever colour) stroke

Eg put the stroke on your pic and use your frame script

:bang:

Love Little Duckie he/she is sooooo cute

EDIT and a drop shadow to your frame  askin to much now

I'll have a look at that Dave, I can't decide if I want a border or just a drop shadow.

If I'm honest the script tool is just a new toy to play with. I'd never seen it until Preacher's thread, and now I've found Adobe's script listener tool I just went a bit mad to seen now much I could add to the script
