Beginner How to Combine Smart Objects?

Hi, no the heading sounds simple but don't use Photoshop at all although comes bundled with the subscription, do everything in Lightroom but after watching a video on noise reduction in photoshop using smart objects I thought give it a go and it works well however once I have finished doing what I need on TWO smart objects (one for background and one for bird in my case) I'm not sure how then to get the completed processed file back as one image image to Lightroom with process complete and disregard the two smart objects. Probably very easy if you no how to do it

Are the smart objects on layers ? If so just flatten the image, which will make it into one, which you just save back to lightroom, assuming you bought it into Photoshop via Lightroom,
