How to clone this bit (CS5 and LR3)

I took the below photo but wanted to edit it. I'm pleased with how it looks in the second picture. However under the pier, where I have cloned out the digger and car, I couldn't work out how to blend the two different shades of the water so I'm left with a fairly hard edge.

How can it be done to merge the two shades better?

Hi Oakster

Try setting the clone tool opacity somewhere between 20 & 30% then sample the darker water and clone over the sharp light edge use a brushing motion rather than stamping if that makes sense and it should blend quite nicely.
