How to claim NX2 once i have bought a D700

Afternoon,

I know it should be staring me in the face and i must be a plum. But how do I go about claiming the free copy of NX2 now i have bought a D700. I have got a cd with it which is a trail verison (although I have not even stuck this in the computer yet).

Can some one please tell me how thick i am being and the solution.
