I spent the day at How Stean on Saturday and my only bad thing to say about it is that a day wasn't long enough!
One of the best locations I have visited for long exposures with fast running water!
They have a campsite with good, clean facilities! A day ticket is £5.75 and the restaurant on site does a great bacon butty!
