How much have you spent on photography

In the region of £12k, but I tend to buy a lot of gear second-hand which keeps the cost lower. I do have a handful of gear (tripods and flashes) from 15-20 years ago.

It's a scary one and one I'm not going to even contemplate! But I echo some of the comments on here, I've had great joy using my old Kodak DCS (about 2-300 on the used market).... arguably more fun and rewarding then when I use my Canon R5 and R ! And it's still full-frame and razor sharp. Another "FUN" camera was the Nikon P1000 I had for a while.. good price, ridiculous lens (3000 mm) but actually pretty good and decent images. Took this to CA on our last trip out there, arguably got better images with that than the R (I had at the time)
