Well the light is that bright and you get all the different effects from moving the flashes behind the defusion. Final images speak for them selfs IMO.

Yeah, but in my case it's usually a freight train heading towards me

I'm sure there were already some refurbs doing the rounds a while back, but from what I remember they were still dearer than the imports. Perhaps with the way things are just now they might be more reasonable this time around....
