No
I have a Canon EOS650D and am wondering how large a print I can expect to achieve of a reasonable quality if shoot at ISO100.

For example with 24" x 16"

You don't need to upscale to get larger prints. You will easily get a 24 x 16 with 3600 x 2400 pixels at 150ppi

It all depends on how far away you'll be standing to view the print. Billboards look great from 10m away despite being something like 10 ppi. In my old office they still have an A3 print of a 2MP image on the wall.

That of course is depends entirely on what you consider "reasonable".

The provided you don't push the dymatic range too far the 650D at 100ISO isnt going to turn to mush until way larger than 24" x 16".

If your talking an "endless detail" look that you can really eyeball up close then you are getting past the 650D's best at that size but not that far.
