Am I supposed to contain my excitement at the impending delivery of my new 40D body tomorrow morning?

But on a serious note, I've read many things that discuss the "improved weather sealing" on the 40D and associated grip. But just HOW weather sealed are these things?
For example with my 350D I've been on many trecks up in the Derby Dales and I've always had to cover it up if there has been any light rain etc. Would a 40D (and my L lenses) cope with such conditions?

Seriously - although not technically weather sealed, these things can take more punishment than you think. In all honesty I'd be more concerned about dust than rain!
