How does the voting work?

If there have been 25 replies, how do people have scores of more than 25? I started this thread as most of the ones I wanted to post it to were closed.

You dont have to reply in a thread to vote, you just tick the box next to the ones you want to vote for and hit vote (or submit, or whatever the button at the bottom of the poll is). If you look at the bottom of the voting for the urban comp you will see 127 people have voted just happens that 27 people have also decided to leave a comment in that thread too

Thanks for that. I obviously didn't understand that there are two voting mechanisms. I must have missed the bit about voting next to the shots.

Ah, if you look at the voting thread, before all the actual posts (the replies) there is a big long list of entry names, and if the poll is 'open to votes' (like this months is at the moment), then youll see boxes next to each one on the list to add ticks to

Thats how you vote.
