I am interested in purchasing a Lastolite Ezybox hotshoe however I can not see how I can connect up a wireless trigger to my metz 76. The hot shoe on the metz is at the end of a cable with a large box of electronics and a screen. There does not seem to be anywere to put this on the mount?

Links so we can see what the problem is?

There must be a way you can bodge it - often the way when you're hooking up different third party components.

Hi, here is a link to the product http://biSPAM/bcpLwq and here is an image of it with the metz 76 attached http://biSPAM/aFzIKw
The problem I have is that the metz 76 has its hotshoe on the end of a cable so how do I securely attached it with a wireless trigger to the whole set up of the softbox and holder. Here is a link to an image of the metz showing the cable and hotshoe http://biSPAM/9Y1O1T

Thanks for your help.

Chances are you could google that forever and not come up with a custom solution. DIY bracket?

Or just bodge it with velcro, gaffa tape and zip-ties - in the finest strobist tradition ;)

The images are a bit small, can't really see what it is that is going on!
