Never seen anyone do that, what does it achieve?

I do everything except the hipster, capison and jazz hands, all depends which camera I'm carrying.

There should also be a 'handbag' for those of us who sling our cameras over one shoulder.

McNally stype? It keeps the camera rock steady if you do it right. I do that when shooting natural light in less than ideal light. I can handhold at about 1/10 at 85mm, and keep it pretty sharp now.

Don't get this. Some are cameras being used others are cameras being carried, i guess everyone does peek a boo, using the view finder is pretty much a must. What eye you use is like goofy vs regular.
Tripod use don't really class you as a type, if you want a shot that necessitates a tripod then you have no choice.
I think anyone with a range of cameras at their disposal will do all the poses in the picture.
I didn't see the "assassin" the way i carry my rangefinder. Its Like risk taker but with my camera cupped in my palm facing behind me, anyone approaching me doesn't even realise what im holding until its too late.
