How do you do this poster look?

Anyone know how this look was done? Looks like lots of dodging and burning & some desaturation etc but it has almost a look of a pencil drawing. Any tips very gratefully received. Feel free to point me in the direction of a tutorial

She is quite easy to find, the easiest way is probably to contact the photographer though her and ask them as they will be the only one who knows for sure exactly what was done, anyone else would be guesswork

I've seen a tutorial on something like this. As above guesswork but I think it's several images pieced together in photoshop

1 image taken by shaking a champagne bottle and pressing the image as it sprays out the top

Thanks all - its actually the post production effect I'm after. I can do the stitching of other objects etc it's more the heavy contrast look that gives the image an almost 'drawn' look.
