how do I reduce noise in an image?

I had done and I didnt have a bloody clue what it meant. I was wondering if there was an easier option but it just looks like I will have think

I am reducing the noise of a fox that was took at 300mm in a shadow so I think Ineed a bigger one

Also try Noiseware. They have a free downloadable version. Virtually no controls just does the job. may be easier

You`re welcome. Don`t over use it, I normally try reduce noise by 10% to start with and work from there.
